Enrolment

What to Bring

  • your letter of offer from the Faculty of Arts or UAC (as applicable)
  • your tax file number (or proof that you have applied for one) - if you are a Commonwealth Supported (HECS –HELP) student, and
  • credit card, cheque or money order to make any necessary payments

Late Enrolment

If you do not enrol on your specified enrolment date, you may be charged a late enrolment fee of $100.

Proxy Enrolment

To enrol by proxy you must give written authority to someone to act on your behalf. Proxy forms are available from the Student Centre or the Faculty office.

Fees and Subscriptions

International students will be invoiced for tuition fees. Payment may be made by cheque, EFTPOS or credit card only. Cash cannot be accepted.

Student Cards and Transport Concessions

Student cards and transport concessions will be issued on the day.

HECS Census Dates

  • 31 March for Semester 1
  • 31 August for Semester 2

The HECS census date is the last date to withdraw, or suspend your studies without financial penalty.

Change of Address

If you have moved, please make sure you complete a change of address form at the Student Centre, Jane Foss Russell Building, so that you receive information about enrolments, results, graduation etc.
