Student Support Services and Groups

  • Arts eLearning : Arts eLearning provides free support to staff in the Faculty of Arts in the use of technology in teaching and learning.
  • Disability Services : The principal point of contact and support for current and prospective students with disabilities.
  • International Offiice : Assists International Students in their application to study at the University, and in their time while they are students at the University.
  • Student Centre : Assists with matters relating to admissions, enrolments, HECS and domestic fees, class timetables, examinations, results and graduations. The Student Centre also issues documents including Academic Transcripts, letters and proof of enrolment.
  • University Counselling Service : Helping students fulfil their academic, individual and social goals through professional counselling and workshops.
  • Learning Centre : Conducts free workshops on essay writing, critical reading, oral presentation skills and time management.
  • The Write Site : An online support/training program to help students develop their academic and professional writing skills.
  • International Student Support Unit : Aims to help international students develop successful strategies for coping with the challenges of living and studying in an unfamiliar culture.
