This qualification is normally completed in 1.5 - 3 years of full time study or 3 - 6 years part time.

Entry Requirements

 
A Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in English or Australian Literature at distinction level.

Completion Requirements

 
12 units of study (totalling 72 points) including a minimum of 6 coursework units from the English Program, and a 4 unit compulsory supervised treatise of 25,000 words (worth 24 points).
Candidates achieving an 85% average over 12 units of study may be awarded 'with Merit'
