French postgraduate exchange opportunities

The Department has exchange programs with the Université de Paris VII, Université de Paris IV and Ecole Normale Supérieure de Cachan.

• Université de Paris VII Denis Diderot: Each year a postgraduate student from each university is awarded a scholarship to teach and study in the partner university. The Australian student is employed 10 hours per week to teach English at the Université de Paris VII and may attend classes and seminars, while remaining enrolled for his/her higher degree at the University of Sydney.

• Université paris-Sorbonne - Paris IV: Each year two postgraduate students have the opportunity to study in the partner university. This exchange does not involve employment and the student remains enrolled in their home university.

• Ecole Normale Supérieure de Cachan: Each year postgraduate students have the opportunity to study in the partner university. This exchange does not involve employment and the student remains enrolled at their home university.
