Visiting Scholars

The Department of Gender and Cultural Studies welcomes inquiries from scholars and postgraduate researchers in the fields of Gender Studies and/or Cultural Studies interested in pursuing research as a visitor in the department.

In recent years we have had visiting scholars from the United Kingdom, Finland, Canada, and China, who have visited for periods from a few weeks to six months. Visiting scholars would usually be expected to present a paper on their research to the either the departmental research seminar series or the postgraduate work-in-progress workshop series.
