Information for Presenters of Papers
Full paper submission:
By the 1st week of November 2008, selected papers will be notified. Once your paper abstract is selected by the organiser, you need to submit your full paper by 31 January, 2009. See Guidelines for Full Papers (tbc) for details.
Refereed and non-refereed papers:
When you submit your full paper, you have to express if you wish to publish your paper as a refereed conference paper or not. The refereed papers will undergo a blind expert review process, and the result will be notified by 15 February, 2009.
If your paper is accepted as a refereed conference paper, you may need to revise some parts of your paper on the basis of referees’ report in order for it to be published as a refereed conference paper. The revision of papers should be completed and the final version should be submitted by the end of April 2009. The Conference Proceedings will be produced in the form of CD-ROM.
Presentation time:
Your paper presentation time is 20 minutes followed by 10 minutes of question-and-answer time.
AV equipment:
If your presentation requires specific audio visual equipment, please notify us by sending AV Equipment Request Form [link to be provided].
Session chairs:
We’ll designate session chairs to some of you without asking your permission first. In case you cannot chair the session, please let us know. Otherwise, we appreciate your assistance in advance.

The exact amount of support will be decided later stage when the conference budget is finalised.
