Entry Requirements

A Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in a relevant field in the humanities or social sciences or equivalent.

Completion Requirements

4 units of study (totalling 24 credit points) comprising 1 core unit (MUSM 7033 The Museum Context), plus 3 electives chosen in consultation with the Program Coordinator.

Attendance Pattern

Most units of study require attendance of 2 hrs per unit/per week. Classes are predominantly scheduled in the evenings to accommodate those students with daytime commitments.

Some units of study are offered intensively and require attendance for 1 full day per week (usually a Friday) for 5 weeks during semester.

Further Study

Candidates in the Graduate Certificate program may choose to transfer to the Graduate Diploma or Masters program with full credit once they have passed the required units.
