Jane has experience in the museum sector. She has worked as an Interpretive Officer at the Australian Museum. She has also worked in the education departments of the Australian Museum, the Macleay Museum and the Museum of Contemporary Art – as an Educator and/or in the design of educational material. Presently, when Jane is not working as our Internship Officer, she works at the Australian Museum as an Educator. Jane’s tertiary training has been in science and in education – she has a Bachelor of Science with Honours and a Bachelor of Teaching and has worked as a scientist and as a science teacher. She also has a strong and long-held interest in the arts, and in the visual arts in particular. Jane is also a student of the Museum Studies Program. |
