This qualification is normally completed in 1 year of full time study or 2 - 4 years part time.

Entry Requirements

 
A Bachelor degree with a major in Sociology or Social Policy or equivalent.

Completion Requirements

 
8 units of study (totalling 48 credit points) comprising 2 core units plus 6 electives from the postgraduate Sociology and Social Policy program.
A two-part dissertation of 12,000 to 15,000 words may be substituted for 2 elective units of study, in consultation with the Program Coordinator.
