Entry Requirements

 
A Bachelor degree with a major in Sociology or Social Policy or equivalent.

Completion Requirements

 
8 units of study (totalling 48 credit points) comprising 2 core units SCLG6902 Doing Social Research and SCLG6903 New Debates in Social Theory, plus 6 electives.
A two-part dissertation of 12,000 to 15,000 words may be substituted for 2 elective units of study, in consultation with the Program Coordinator.
