Alternatively, the Word version is available here , and can be either printed and mailed, or edited and emailed as an attachment. (Some Mac users may have problems with this format, and may prefer to download the Rich Text Format here ).

Please note if you have already emailed or sent an abstract for a proposed paper, there is no need to fill out the abstract section of the form unless it requires updating for the conference programme.
