Student Exchange Opportunities

Local undergraduate students may apply to the Exchange Office to undertake approved study at an overseas institution of their choice, and have the period of accredited study counted towards the completion requirements of their degree at The University of Sydney. It's a great way to enrich a degree, improve career prospects, and best of all, see the world.

The Faculty of Arts has over 70 exchange partnerships with universities throughout the world. Students can choose to complete either one or two semesters of their degree overseas.

Contact the Exchange Office to request an application form and guidelines for the completion and submission of your application. The Exchange Office also holds seminars on exchange programs during the semester.
