Subscription  Changes

From January 2006 all subscriptions will be annual.  

There will be three issues of the journal within a calendar year.

We will do this in the following fashion:
Volume 75:3 will be labeled March/June 2005
Volume 75:4 will be labeled September/December 2005
Both issues will be somewhat expanded.

This means that yearly subscribers will receive what they have paid for and by-volume subscribers will receive a little more.

The three issues of volume 76, to be published in March, June and November 2006, will contain approximately 384 pages.

Previous volumes have contained approximately 320 pages.
