The Counselling Service
The University's Counselling Service for students can be accessed by all local students at the University of Sydney. They operate services on the Camperdown and Cumberland campuses.
If you have issues relating to:

-Communicating with academic staff and students
-Managing Stress and anxiety
-Loneliness or isolation
-Traumatic events
-Procrastination and Study Issues
-Mental Health
-Grief and Loss
or for any other problems that affect your study, we recommend you contact the Counselling Service, who can offer individual counselling, workshops, or online information
The Learning Centre
The Learning Centre assists students to develop the generic skills which are necessary for learning and communicating knowledge and ideas at university.
The Centre is committed to helping students to achieve their academic potential throughout their undergraduate and postgraduate studies.

Online resources for academic writing
The Write Site provides online support to help you develop your academic and professional writing skills.
All University of Sydney staff and students who have a Unikey can access the WriteSite.
To log-in, you need a UniKey username and password. If you do not know your UniKey username or password, go to one of the computer access labs on campus with photo ID (see http://www.usyd.edu.au/accesslabs/loc/ for locations), or call IT Helpdesk on 9351 6000.
The Clear Writing site is for students who want to do well in written assignments at university. 'It is not enough to have good ideas and well-researched information, your ideas must be written clearly'. This site is designed to help students who have problems in organising their ideas and writing coherent, logical sentences and paragraphs.
The University of Sydney Library
The Univeristy of Sydney Library is a network of many libraries across several campuses. Information about library services, as well as access to electronic services are available from this web site.
