Are these UAI's likely to change much?
UAI's for our courses are dependent on supply and demand so they may change slightly depending on how many students apply for a particular course. However you can use the previous year's UAI as a guide to what you will need. If your marks are just on the entry border, please read the information on Flexible Entry and other education access schemes offered by the University.
Scholarships
University of Sydney Scholarships
Scholarships are available on the basis of merit or equity. The main entry scholarship for school leavers is the University of Sydney scholarships (entry, merit or outstanding achievement) available to all students entering the university. For more information about these university scholarships please see the Scholarship and Prizes website for
scholarship details.
Please note that these scholarships closed on 28 September 2008 but the Scholarships and Prizes Office also offers other scholarships for students after enrolment.
Faculty of Arts Scholarships
There are several faculty scholarships available to first year students when you enrol and throughout your degree. For opportunities see here: more details on Arts Faculty Scholarships.
What if I'm not sure which course I want to do?
You have up until Friday 4 January 2007 to change your preferences. If you are still not completely sure about the course you want to do, you should come to our Information Day at the University of Sydney to get that last bit of expert advice that could make all the difference.
